Stephen & Kate

An amazing day from start to finish! It was HOT.

The day started over at Kate’s parents bungalow which overlooks their successful dairy farm and all of the cows that come with it. The morning was very relaxed with an excitement in the air that only comes on the morning of a wedding. All of the bridesmaids (Rachel, Anna, Harriet and Beth) were awesome and ensured Kate was well and truly looked after and ready to go at 11:30.

The groom, Stephen, and his groomsmen got ready on Stephen’s farm in Hennock. The boys spent most of the time in the shower but you could feel just how happy Stephen was on his wedding day.

The ceremony was held at Hennock Church, walking distance from Stephen’s farm. As with all weddings with links to the farming community, the church was rammed.

After the church, the reception was held in a field on Stephen’s farm with wonderful views towards Bovey Tracey and Haytor. We managed to steal Kate and Stephen for a short drive in their lovely Bentley wedding car to Haytor for their official portraits.

The day finished with a beautiful sunset which was the cherry on top from the weather man. This is a wedding that was a pleasure to be a part of from the very first dealings with Kate over email.
